2019 TX Tempranillo

Following on the heals of our remarkable 2016 and 2017 Tempranillo we added a last-minute "process'" to the 2019 effort by steeping a select collection of oak chips in the holding tanks prior to bottling. The resulting aromas area joy to the senses and flavors of plum, cherry, figs and leather are bathed in a wispy, oaky  cocoon.  This is not your everyday Tempranillo!
