2021 CaliTex Chardonnay

This well-traveled beauty began life on the western side of the San Francisco Bay where fog and cool breezes create ideal growing conditions.  Upon harvest the grapes were delivered to Ursa Vineyards in the Sierra Foothills where they were processed and barrel-aged before reaching Texas and the finishing/bottling pros working with Dr. Bob. Rich notes of butterscotch, honey and pineapple lead to a luscious finish.
