2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Texas can't (and doesn't try to) grow a California Cab, nah, we grow a TEXAS Cab!  Climate, soils, viniculture practices and a million other things affect a particular grapes strengths and weaknesses.  Texas growers have adapted their techniques as have our winemakers, resulting in Cabs that, increasing, stand beside the best in the world.  We hope you agree!
